Not getting Freebie of the Month Designs even though you have subscribe.This is because you may have unsubscribe previously from your list.

When a recipient clicks the unsubscribe link in our Newsletter campaign, we remove them from our list of active subscribers as we assume they don't want to receive your emails any longer.

Unsubscribed members can't be re-added to your list directly due to anti-spam laws that don't allow us to send emails to unsubscribed addresses. However, we know accidents happen so if a member of our list unsubscribed in error and would like to be re-added, use one of the 2 methods below to get the subscriber back on your list.


Resubscribe using the double opt-in process

To ensure an unsubscribed member really does want to be back on our list, they can resubscribe using our  hosted  signup form. The signup form we host uses the double opt-in process by default to provide tangible and confirm able proof that the subscriber wants to communicate with us.


Unsubscriber will also receive an email to their in boxes confirming their removal. The unsubscribe confirmation email also contains a link to signup form for folks to resubscribe.


Delete and manually re-add a subscriber

We can add any Member directly from backed even though he/she had unsubscribe previously.So, in case if you do not get how to use the Method 1, then please do contact us with your email ID and other information and we will manually add you to the list.
